Can I book same day appointment?
Yes when available. We offer same day appointments based on availability. If you don't see an open slot online feel free to reach out to us. We'll do our best to fit you in. Quick convenient care on your time!

How long does the appointment take?
Most visits are quick! Typically 15-30 minutes. Injection consultation can take up to 30 minutes, sick visits are usually 15 minutes, primary care visits can take up to 30 minutes. Either way, we strive to be efficient and respect your time.

Do you offer ongoing care or just one time visits?
It can be either - whatever best fits your needs! One time visits can be sick visits or consultation for Lipo-B injections. Ongoing care for patients who need chronic condition management, tracking metabolic health and ongoing medication management.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem! Log into your booking link, manage appointment and cancel or reschedule. We ask you PLEASE TRY to notify of cancellation AT LEAST FOUR HOURS ahead to allow us to open the slot for someone else. You can always reach out to us for help.
Appointments cancelled without at least 4 hour notice can be subject to $15 cancellation fee.
